1. Agreement
By accessing postservice.uz or submitting forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The service
PostService provides an introductory platform. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or guarantor of employment. We may facilitate connections; final hiring decisions belong to candidates and employers.
3. Eligibility and conduct
You represent that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You will not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or harass others.
4. Intellectual property
Content on the Site is owned by PostService or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit it without permission, except as allowed by law.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that introductions will result in employment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostService is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostService from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your submissions, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
